Christmas is the best thing ever, the one thing I look forward to among all the other things in the two-month break Singapore students are given. Christmas dinner, as always, was super delicious. The only thing different was the punch - Mum got a new recipe from one of her colleagues at work.. and it wasn't too bad, made use of a lot of citrus fruits. Apparently, it was supposed to be alcoholic, but of course, for the sake of the drivers and the underaged, we used NON-ALCOHOLIC champagne.
I'm quite surprised that a number of people wished me merry christmas via sms, usually I send them first and not many reply, but I'm quite happy and I did reply back, personalised for different people because different people sms me at different times. I actually got one from Michael! (Haha, you rock, dude!)
Presents wise; Every year despite the quantity and quality, presents are worth millions because of the thought put into them. Sadly, I'm a little tight on my savings this year, so christmas presents was a bit of a no-no for me except for my best friends.
Thank you to Stacey, Pamela, Vanessa Cheng, Marcus & Jon Phua, Rachel & her family, Jessie & Rachel Huen, Godpa Tony & Godma Anita, Godpa Peter & Godma Esther, Hilary & Family and well, those whose names I have missed out, sorry about that. Your gifts rock. =D
