Mother tongue intensive is super
draining. With a capital 'D'. Today alone we completed one letter, one newspaper review, one paper 2, and went through the answers for yesterday's paper 2.
Ouch.
We managed to get some insight about our A Maths results from Ms Ho today, and it just made me think a bit. Usually, I couldn't care less, or sometimes am eager to receive my results, depending on what exam/test we're talking about here. For this exam, I'm not so sure I have that same feeling. In fact, I may be a little scared.
Man, if I'm scared for only mid years, O levels will be one heck of a fright fest.
I know I should be taking Mr Anthony's advice to be confident and calm throughout whatever, and other people's advice to let things come and go despite what results I may get from exams, but it's
hard. I have to say that it can be quite hard to do so. Life itself is unpredictable, and a lot of 'If's can occur any minute of the day.
I just need to trust in the Lord.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight-Proverbs 3:5-6On to some happier things...
