The Word

but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

I have officially said the most ego thing in my entire life last sunday afternoon at the New People's Care Meeting. =X

Jon and Shiyou were trying to come up with a plan for Andrew's birthday next week. Just to let everybody know: Andrew has been declared gino-phobic. Han Yi came up with it; I'm not even sure if that's how you spell it. x). Anyway, it's a phobia of girls. LOL. I suppose there's a proper term out there somewhere in the world, but we'll stick to palmerston lingo for now. So as a joke, Jon posted a question to me.

Jonathan: "Val, would you like to be Andrew's girlfriend for one day?"

Me: "Why??"

Jonathan: "Would you like to be Andrew's girlfriend for one day?"

Me: "Dude, I haven't even had my first boyfriend yet; I'm not going to give Andrew that benefit."

I totally did not realise what I said until Diane shouted, "You go girl!" and gave me a high-five. Forgive me Andrew. LOL. ^_^

And in other news. PlanetUni Dance has finally got one routine down! One more to go. Anyway, dance rehearsal last night was really awesome. Almost all the dancers were there- Simon, PJ, Adelene, Cheryl, Su Lin, Nada, Eddie, Darren, and the youngest, me. DOTS. I seem to be the little kid sister wherever I go these days -_-. Oh well, like shiyou told me, I'll end up being a big sister one day.

We were laughing half the time, but hey, we still managed to finish the routine ^.^ One thing I love about Adelene's style is sharpness and strength; she really forced me to put in more effort into making my moves look bigger and better, and I could really see the difference... now I just have to make sure that I keep it that way. I cannot wait to perform; hopefully nobody dies from injuries in the process xD

And I thank the Lord for knee guards/pads. I really really thank the Lord.

Back to HOI.

HOI you!
